Instructions
Step 1: The patient needs to type rment.doxy.me into their internet URL.
Step 2: The patient needs to select which waiting room they will enter (ex: Dr. Von Doersten). The patient will need to know what Dr. they are seeing.
Step 3: The patient will enter their name and the generic password used for EVERY patient. The password for every patient is 3277 (our phone number).
Step 4: After the patient clicks “check in” they will have to enable the camera/microphone setting on their phone or laptop. Their phone should automatically prompt them to allow it.
Step 5: The patient should now be checked in to the providers waiting room. Patients need to check in on Doxy just like they would if they were here. No more than 15 minutes early.
